Heidi Sparkes Guber - Executive Consultant / Facilitator
Founder and principal of TriGlobal Associates - a consortium of consultants with complementary expertise in organizational transformation - Heidi Sparkes Guber has designed and delivered groundbreaking programs for thousands of people in her 25 years as a consultant. Specializing in the application of vision and purpose to achieve strategic focus and breakthrough results, she has worked with a variety of organizations, including J & L Steel, NMB (now ING Bank), Engelhard, UCB Pharma and NSA.
From 1992 – 2002, Ms. Guber developed the Breakthrough Leadership Process™ at Citibank, Bank One, Finance One and Ford Motor Company. At Ford, she designed and led cross-divisional and transnational integration and strategic breakthrough programs for Ford Financial, Ford of South America, Ford of Europe, Volvo Car Corporation and Volvo Car Finance in initiatives that delivered over $300 million in incremental corporate profits. While working with the Chairman and CEO of Ford Credit, she was also curriculum design director and guest lecturer for Driving Fundamental Change in Business: A CEO's Perspective , an MBA course at the University of Michigan .
Ms. Guber is a Consultant Member of the Society for Organizational Learning, a global community of educators, researchers and business leaders dedicated to the study and practice of systems thinking, organizational learning and learning-based leadership. As a consultant to SoL, she facilitates the ongoing action learning and research collaboration of SoL organizational members such as AT&T, DTE, Ford, Harley-Davidson, Intel, NSA, Shell, Unilever, Visteon and the World Bank.
Ms. Guber has designed and delivered strategic planning and breakthrough programs for non-profit and social service organizations such as the International Dyslexia Association, National Center for Learning Disabilities, Omega Institute and the Montclair Art Museum . Ms. Guber serves on the advisory boards of CLIMB Interactive Systems and the American Learning Institute. She also brings line experience in international television production: Lost Ships, a multi-national documentary series developed in conjunction with ZGP, Inc. and Oxford University , is currently being broadcast by Discovery Communications and The Learning Channel in 110 countries.
Ms. Guber received her BA from Duke University and an MPS in Expressive Therapy and Creativity Development from Pratt Institute. She is a charter investor and activist for The Hunger Project, which funds Strategic Planning in Action and leadership development programs for women elected to village leadership in South Asia and grass roots activists in Sub-Saharan Africa and South America.
